BILLING, REFUNDS & CHARGEBACK POLICY

1. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by licensed payment service providers. We do not store full card details on our systems. All transactions are encrypted and may be subject to verification by your bank or payment provider.

2. Billing Information

All prices are displayed in euros (€), unless stated otherwise at checkout.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected amount.
Trail Tokens are typically delivered automatically and made available for immediate use after successful payment.

3. Status of Trail Tokens

Trail Tokens are non-transferable digital credits that can only be used within the CSharpExplore platform.
Trail Tokens are not cryptocurrency, are not tradable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Trail Tokens have no value outside the platform and may only be used to unlock access to features within the Service.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
A successful charge occurred but Trail Tokens were not delivered;
A confirmed technical issue prevented proper use of the purchased Trail Tokens;
Duplicate billing or a clear payment error occurred;
A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds are generally not provided where Trail Tokens have been successfully delivered and remain available for use.

5. Technical Issue Resolution

If a paid action fails due to a confirmed issue on our side, we may, at our discretion:
re-credit the affected Trail Tokens to your account; or
issue a refund to the original payment method if re-credit is not possible.

6. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of the transaction.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact: [email protected]
Please include:
your account email address;
transaction date and amount;
receipt or payment reference;
a clear description of the issue.

8. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback is initiated, we may provide relevant transaction and usage records to the payment provider or card network to demonstrate service delivery.
Where permitted by law, we may temporarily restrict access to the account during an active dispute.
